In Capgemini, we looking for the following profile for our Solutioning – Presales area: Junior Solution Lead
The Solution Lead is a member of the Sales Pursuit team leading opportunities where a team of solution architects and/or subject matter experts could be involved
His main responsibility will be manage complex opportunities for mid-size deals in the development of a solution proposal response to prospective Clients throughout the sales cycle (including RFI, RFP).
This role belongs to Capgeminis Cloud Infrastructure Services business unit which is integral to supporting our Sales Organization in linking our Clients mission, business strategy and processes to their IT strategy and showcasing their journey from ideation to execution.
Key accountabilities include:
Driving the Solutioning activities for complex deals, where multiple service lines could be in scope (DataCenter Services, Digital WorkPlace…).
Define solution vision, value proposition and transformational direction which build on the synergies and benefits across Capgemini service offers.
Drive the translation of complex business initiatives into innovative business-technology solutions and ensure consistency across traditional solution boundaries.
Collaboration with the pursuit team, in the structuring deals to differentiate from the competition.
Review, and contribute if necessary, to the solution costing and present financials for approval.
Excellent understanding of the competitor landscape, providing insight into the sales plan on how to beat competition.
Ensure that the solution translated from business objectives is fit for purpose and clearly demonstrates value for money.
Collaborates continuously with bid management and leads the solutioning team combining on-shore and off-shore solution architects to design an affordable, innovative solution which meets a clients requirements and business needs.
Consultative approach, strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with the ability to translate business issues into relevant technical solutions and competitive propositions.
Fully understands the client desired business outcomes and how the transformation strategy will deliver them through a series of projects each delivering business value.
Can help construct a transformation plan that is based on a business journey, and walk the customer through the business value and outcomes delivered through that journey.
Assuring solution quality, accuracy and alignment with standards
Focusing on driving cost and resource optimization within the pre-sales function.
What you bring:
Recent experience in working for a Tier 1/2 Technology Services Provider or major Cloud Services provider in a pre-sales solutioning role
Experience leading, costing and implementing Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) pursuits with a technology transformation component
Strong proficiency creating business willing solutions aligned with key market growth areas; Public/Hybrid Cloud, Digital WorkPlace Journey
Leadership skills and experienced in leading diverse and globally distributed teams to successful outcomes
Demonstrated ability to communicate (written & verbal) effectively and to influence at C level
Excellent verbal and written business English
Experience and/or Certification: AWS – Solution Architect, Microsoft – MCSA/MCSE would be advantageous
