trivsel, stress og lange ventetider var for f\u00e5 \u00e5r siden hverdag i afdelingen for Blodpr\u00f8ver og Biokemi p\u00e5 Regionshospitalet Randers, hvor patienterne m\u00f8dte op uden tidsbestilling for at f\u00e5 taget en blodpr\u00f8ve.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e6cis som hos den praktiserende l\u00e6ge booker 97 pct. af patienterne i dag selv tid online til blodpr\u00f8vetagning. Det har vendt en hverdag med ut\u00e5lmodige patienter og d\u00e5rligt arbejdsmilj\u00f8 fuldst\u00e6ndigt p\u00e5 hovedet. Systemet til selvbooking er klar til at blive rullet ud p\u00e5 alle hospitaler i Vestdanmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som led i en omfattende digitaliseringsstrategi er hospitalerne i Region Midtjylland i gang med at indf\u00f8re onlinebooking, s\u00e5 patienterne selv kan bestille tid til f.eks. at f\u00e5 taget en blodpr\u00f8ve. Regionshospitalet Randers har, som et af de f\u00f8rste hospitaler herhjemme, indsamlet de forel\u00f8bige resultater af den strategi, der er lagt for at anvende teknologi til at forbedre m\u00f8det mellem hospital og patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og det er opmuntrende og overraskende tal, som Chanette Larsen, afdelingsbioanalytiker i Blodpr\u00f8ve og Biokemi, nu l\u00e6gger frem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dI dag er det ca. 97 pct. af vores patienter, som enten selv med deres NemID&nbsp;anvender online selvbooking eller klarer tidsbestilling via vores bookingtelefon. Kun 3 pct. m\u00f8der i dag op i ventev\u00e6relset uden en tid. Det har haft positive resultater for b\u00e5de os og patienterne ved at skabe ro i en travl Blodpr\u00f8vetagning, hvor vi har ca. 50.000 patienter om \u00e5ret,\u201d fort\u00e6ller hun og tilf\u00f8jer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dFra problemer med lange ventetider morgen, middag og eftermiddag, ut\u00e5lmodige patienter i ventev\u00e6relset og stort pres p\u00e5 medarbejderne, har vi med digital hj\u00e6lp og knofedt vendt situationen 180 grader. Noget vi ikke i vores vildeste fantasi havde forestillet os, da vi startede med onlinebooking for tre \u00e5r siden\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Frivillig tvang giver resultater<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e6rligt siden Blodpr\u00f8ver og Biokemi i oktober 2017 indf\u00f8rte fuld onlinebooking og dermed \u201dtvang\u201d patienterne til altid selv at booke deres tider, er det g\u00e5et st\u00e6rkt. Dengang bookede hver tredje selv tid online. I dag to \u00e5r senere viser seneste tal, at 97 pct. af de over 11.500 patienter, der var gennem afdelingen i april til juni, enten selv klikkede sig til eller ringede ind for at booke tid til f.eks. blodpr\u00f8ve og EKG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig er ventetid i praksis aflivet helt. I f\u00f8rste kvartal 2016 var den gennemsnitlige ventetid for patienter, der trak et nummer i k\u00f8en, 22 minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVores tal viser, at patienter, som selv booker, typisk kommer til f\u00f8r den bestilte tid. S\u00e5 der er ingen tvivl om, at onlinebooking har vendt fuldst\u00e6ndig om p\u00e5, hvordan det er at arbejde og v\u00e6re patient i et travlt pr\u00f8vetagningssted p\u00e5 et dansk sygehus,\u201d siger hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 danske hospitaler er det kutyme, at patienter frit m\u00f8der op p\u00e5 pr\u00f8vetagningsambulatorierne for at f\u00e5 taget f.eks. blodpr\u00f8ver, de er henvist til. Det har v\u00e6ret set som god patientservice. Men mange steder medf\u00f8rer det, ligesom p\u00e5 Regionshospitalet Randers, un\u00f8digt stress for personalet og lange ventetider for patienterne. Bioanalytiker og arbejdsmilj\u00f8repr\u00e6sentant Tove Juul Kristensen f\u00e5r n\u00e6sten ticks af at t\u00e6nke tilbage p\u00e5 tiden inden onlinebooking. Hun l\u00e6gger ikke skjul p\u00e5, at der dengang var d\u00e5rlig trivsel i afdelingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi kunne ikke tage vores planlagte pauser, fordi der fra det ene \u00f8jeblik til det n\u00e6ste kunne v\u00e6re helt ekstremt travlt. Problemet var, at folk tit kom oveni hinanden, fordi det lige passede ind i deres hverdag. S\u00e5 alle var ansp\u00e6ndte, patienterne var utilfredse over ventetiden og personalet presset,\u201d siger hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>G\u00f8r livet lettere for patienter<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 blandt patienterne giver onlinebookingen genlyd. 54-\u00e5rige Tina Schougaard f\u00e5r taget kontrollerende blodpr\u00f8ver hver 3. m\u00e5ned. Hun har med overgangen til onlinebookingen i Randers oplevet et markant skifte i forhold til at flette pr\u00f8vetagning ind i et arbejdsliv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dF\u00f8rhen var det altid sv\u00e6rt at passe en blodpr\u00f8ve ind i arbejdsdagen, fordi du m\u00f8dte op til en fuld ventesal og ikke vidste, hvor lang tid det ville tage. Jeg har pr\u00f8vet at komme p\u00e5 mange forskellige tidspunkter af dagen, men stort set altid er jeg endt med at bruge op mod en time i ventesalen. I dag booker jeg en tid og kommer ti minutter f\u00f8r, og jeg er aldrig i tvivl om min parkeringsbillet p\u00e5 en time holder. Det er en stor lettelse, n\u00e5r man samtidig har et arbejde, der skal passes,\u201d fort\u00e6ller hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Teknologien klar i hele Vestdanmark<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er IT-konsulentvirksomheden Capgemini, der har udviklet selvbookingl\u00f8sningen til Regionshospitalet Randers. Men teknologien ligger klar som en del af den EPJ-l\u00f8sning, som hospitalerne i Vestdanmark anvender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dVi arbejder med lignende projekter p\u00e5 flere andre sygehuse i Region Midtjylland og Syddanmark. S\u00e5 Randers er blot det f\u00f8rste af mange kommende eksempler p\u00e5, hvordan digitale l\u00f8sninger vil forbedre forholdet mellem sygehus og patient, siger Annette Spicker, som st\u00e5r i spidsen for udviklingen af l\u00f8sningen hos Capgemini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men Regionshospitalet Randers er ogs\u00e5 et godt billede p\u00e5, at selv om du har et rigtig godt system til selvbooking, s\u00e5 kr\u00e6ver det en dedikeret indsats at f\u00e5 patienterne med, forklarer hun og tilf\u00f8jer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dL\u00e6ringen er et langt stykke hen ad vejen at tvinge onlinebooking igennem frem for at l\u00e6gge det ud som et muligt tilbud. I Randers er man lykkedes med at skabe en decideret
