Det viser en stor unders\u00f8gelse fra it-konsulentfirmaet Capgemini.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00e5r langsommere end forventet for virksomheder med at f\u00e5 styr p\u00e5 deres h\u00e5ndtering af persondata. Det viser en ny unders\u00f8gelse blandt 1.100 topchefer og ledere, som it-konsulentvirksomheden Capgemini st\u00e5r bag. Stik mod lovgiveres og egne forventninger er det i dag blot lidt mere end hver fjerde virksomhed (28 pct.), som lever op til GDPR. Op til lovgivning tr\u00e5dte i kraft sidste \u00e5r, vurderede ca. otte ud af 10 ellers, at de ville v\u00e6re&nbsp;<em>compliant<\/em>&nbsp;inden for et \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samtidig melder kun 30 pct. af virksomhederne i unders\u00f8gelsen, at de er \u201ct\u00e6t p\u00e5\u201d at v\u00e6re i hus med GDPR, men dog stadig har ul\u00f8ste problemer mht. persondataforordningen. Typisk pga. gamle it-systemer, kompleksiteten i GDPR og store omkostninger forbundet med at implementere lovgivningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgeminis&nbsp;unders\u00f8gelse&nbsp;baserer sig p\u00e5 svar fra topchefer og ledere fra banker, teleindustrien, detailhandel, offentlige institutioner, forbrugerteknologi og forsyningssektoren. Den tegner samtidig et broget billede af, hvor GDPR-parate virksomheder er i forskellige lande. I USA er flest klar p\u00e5 niveau med GDPR (35 pct.) \u2013 t\u00e6t fulgt af Tyskland og UK, hvor 33 pct. er p\u00e5 plads. V\u00e6rre ser det ud i Spanien, Italien (21 pct.), mens Sverige ligger lavest i unders\u00f8gelsen med bare 18 pct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danmark er ikke d\u00e6kket af unders\u00f8gelsen, men Henning Mortensen, formand for R\u00e5det for Digital Sikkerhed sl\u00e5 fast, at vi ogs\u00e5 herhjemme halter bagefter GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 I Danmark er der ogs\u00e5 et betydeligt rum til forbedringer af compliance med GDPR. Det skyldes bl.a., at selv om Danmark er meget digitaliseret, s\u00e5 har der gennem \u00e5rene ikke v\u00e6ret den forn\u00f8dne fokus p\u00e5 beskyttelse af personoplysninger. Desuden er det et omr\u00e5de, som er sv\u00e6rt at h\u00e5ndtere teknisk og juridisk for de mange mindre virksomheder, vi har i Danmark. Endelig tager det ogs\u00e5 tid at dreje organisationerne s\u00e5dan, at man ikke indsamler mere end, hvad der er n\u00f8dvendigt og f\u00e5r slettet data, der ikke er brug for, forklarer han.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Uventede gevinster ved GDPR<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Unders\u00f8gelsen afd\u00e6kker ogs\u00e5 flere positive sider af GDPR-lovgivningen. Hos virksomheder, der i dag lever op til persondatalovgivningen, ser hele 92 pct. konkurrencem\u00e6ssige fordele i at v\u00e6re&nbsp;<em>compliant<\/em>. Prim\u00e6rt p\u00e5 grund af \u00f8get forbrugertillid, positiv markedsf\u00f8ringsv\u00e6rdi og l\u00f8ftet medarbejdertilfredshed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi kan se, at der er mange, som fortsat k\u00e6mper for at komme helt i m\u00e5l med GDPR. Naturligt nok, er der en r\u00e6kke komplekse forhold, der g\u00f8r implementering af de n\u00f8dvendige procedurer, it-systemer og teknologier sv\u00e6r og omkostningstung. Men der bliver investeret massivt i b\u00e5de juridisk bistand og systemer, der underst\u00f8tter GDPR, viser vores unders\u00f8gelse. Faktisk forventer 40 pct. at bruge over en million dollars p\u00e5 juridisk bistand og ny teknologi i 2020, forklarer Maria S\u00f8ndergaard, direkt\u00f8r for digitale tjenester hos Capgemini Danmark.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Capgeminis unders\u00f8gelse viser ogs\u00e5, at organisationer, som i dag lever op til GDPR, i langt h\u00f8jere grad anvender ny teknologi end organisationer, der ikke er&nbsp;<em>compliant<\/em>.
