She is also a member of the Group Executive Committee.<br><br>As a firm proponent of doing good while doing well, she brings her business leadership skills and experience to accelerating Capgemini\u2019s people, planet, society agenda. She is a member of Capgemini\u2019s Group Executive Committee. Shobha serves on the boards of Capgemini India, Purpose PBC, and Global Compact Network USA, the USA local network for the United Nations Global Compact.<br><br>Prior to assuming her current position, Shobha was the Global Sales Officer for Capgemini\u2019s Financial Services, where she was responsible for sales, marketing, alliances, advisor &amp; analyst relations. She is an established leader in the technology and consulting services industry and has held multiple strategy, transformation, and operational roles in the areas of sales and marketing, business development and channel management in prior tenures at IGATE between 2011 and 2016 &amp; Infosys between 1995 and 2003.<br>\u00a0<br>Shobha is an Electrical Engineer from Osmania University and holds
