Capgemini in Denmark appoints Carsten Berg Kjeldsen to lead new engineering unit

Copenhagen, March 22, 2022 – Capgemini today announced the appointment of Carsten Berg Kjeldsen as head of the newly established Capgemini Engineering business unit in Denmark.

We’ve been successfully driving growth for Capgemini in Denmark, and plan to apply the same growth model to the engineering business unit,” said Claus Rydkjaer, CEO of Capgemini in Denmark. “I’m pleased to welcome Carsten as the Lead for our new Capgemini Engineering business unit. Carsten has the right expertise to successfully deploy our global Intelligent Industry strategy in Denmark and help clients accelerate their digital transformation journey, utilizing key technologies like 5G, Edge computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Internet of Things (IoT). Backed by his able leadership, we will help clients to achieve smart operations, products and services at scale.”

Biography: Carsten Berg Kjeldsen
Carsten Berg Kjeldsen joins Capgemini from the industrial firm Kamstrup, where he was the Head of Sales. He has previously worked for tech companies such as IBM and Microsoft and has over 26 years of experience in the IT industry, with expertise in the digital agenda and data utilization for more industrial manufacturing environments. He holds an MBA degree from Henley Business School.
