With the experience from numerous engagements to deliver projects in an agile environment, you have demonstrated servant-leader capabilities to facilitate high performance in your teams.

You will have the opportunity to put these into play in scrum projects and hybrids of methodologies, where you apply experience from various software development schools of thought, spanning from agile methodologies to waterfall.

Regardless of methodology you focus on the customer´s priorities and the teams ability to deliver valuable features.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Bring minimum 5 years of experience of agile ways of working as scrum master or hybrid role

  • Most likely have experience from project management roles and possess well-developed project management skills

  • Have a master degree in any related field with top academic results

  • Excellent people management and leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and lead multi-disciplined teams

  • Have demonstrated skills in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking and presentation

  • Bring excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives

  • Are digital and technical savvy and understand how technology influence organizations

  • Have certifications in Agile including Scrum Master

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile Management tools

  • Are experienced with DevOps principles, Systems thinking, continuous improvement test automation and implementation practices

  • Are self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements dictated by business and IT requirements

  • Exhibit a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy
