With a strong 10 years of experience in the Telecom industry, both on the operator and device manufacturing sides, I’ve held a variety of senior roles in business process improvement and change management in large international companies in the Telecom and High-tech sector.

I specialize in driving customer experience and productivity improvements using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. I also drive business transformation and change management programs to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

I have a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and have driven and coached 100+ improvement projects and trained hundreds of managers and employees across Europe, US, Central Asia and China.
