Janika is a Management Consultant with almost 5 years experience. Having previously worked at EY, she is now a Management Consultant at Capgemini within the Customer Experience & Analytics team focusing on Consumer Products, from FMCG to Consumer Healthcare.
Janika has worked with a range of clients including global beverage distilleries, multinational snack companies, global vitamins and supplements providers, and large British retailers. Her experience also extends to the Pharma industry.
Janika’s experience ranges from Strategic Pricing and Revenue Management and long-term Commercial Capability in FMCG clients, to Operating Model and Process Design in Retailers, to Customer Engagement Design and Customer Strategy in Life Sciences.
Key projects have included developing and designing Customer Engagement Design strategies to identifying around $200m in opportunities for Global FMCG companies through Revenue Management diagnostics.
Janika has worked with a number of different markets across Europe, Asia and Australia.
