Quality Break – Developing a Robust Salesforce Testing Strategy – Copenhagen

This session starts with a presentation by Robbert Dekker, Practise Lead for the Functional Salesforce team of Capgemini Denmark. Robbert will share his insights on salesforce development lifecycle best practices and common challenges that come with inadequate testing strategies.

Subsequently, Sune Engsig, Chief Evangelist at Leapwork will deep dive into how some of these challenges can be addressed by combining improve test strategies with the right testing technology. He will cover the basics of UI test automation for Salesforce, and how overcoming challenges can lead to improved “time to market”, reduced the risk of business disruption and scale automation to reduce risk and costs.

With 13x Salesforce Certifications and with more than 10+ years of experience in process optimization, operations, and management intelligence Robbert is intricately aware of the opportunities and challenges in digital business transformations.
