Sie erz\u00e4hlt von ihrer interessanten Reise.<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Office1jpg.jpg?w=947\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-916040\" style=\"width:237px;height:256px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie w\u00fcrden Sie die Arbeit im technischen Bereich beschreiben? be\u00e4ngstigend\u2026 verwirrend\u2026 verbl\u00fcffend?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laut Monika Goly, Business Transformation Manager bei Capgemini in Kattowitz, haben viele junge M\u00e4dchen in Polen genau diese Einstellung gegen\u00fcber dem Technologiesektor. &#8220;Wir wollten diese Einstellung \u00e4ndern und dazu beitragen, die Kluft zwischen den Geschlechtern in der IT-Branche zu schlie\u00dfen&#8221;, sagt Monika. &#8220;Deshalb haben wir die IT Girls Revolution Academy ins Leben gerufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie kann man aber die Einstellung der Menschen zur IT \u00e4ndern, wenn man selbst nicht in diesem Bereich ausgebildet ist?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:21px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-erweiterung-des-personlichen-horizonts-nbsp\"><strong>Erweiterung des pers\u00f6nlichen Horizonts&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Monika begann ihre Karriere bei Capgemini vor 16 Jahren als Buchhalterin in der Hauptbuchhaltung. Vor kurzem wechselte sie in die Rolle als <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/de-de\/services\/enterprise-management\/intelligent-business-operations\/\">Business Transformation<\/a> Consultant und unterst\u00fctzte Kunden bei der Verbesserung ihrer Shared Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/GettyImages-1409451746.jpg?w=960\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915494\" style=\"width:480px;height:320px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Vor einigen Jahren wurde Monika auf die Idee des ehrenamtlichen Engagements aufmerksam &#8211; eine Aktivit\u00e4t, an der sich viele Capgemini-Mitarbeiterinnen und -Mitarbeiter beteiligen. Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/de-de\/unternehmen\/corporate-responsibility\/digitale-inklusion\/\">Freiwilligenprogramm<\/a> von Capgemini ist der &#8220;Impact Together Month&#8221;, bei dem Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammenkommen und sich f\u00fcr Projekte engagieren, die zu einer positiven Zukunft beitragen. Im Oktober 2022 beteiligten sich mehr als 11.000 Mitarbeitende in 27 L\u00e4ndern an dem Programm, unterst\u00fctzten 220 gemeinn\u00fctzige Organisationen (NGOs) und beeinflussten das Leben von 22.600 Menschen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monika entschied sich, der Gruppe Women@Capgemini beizutreten. Das Netzwerk ist geschlechter\u00fcbergreifend, vernetzt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/de-de\/unternehmen\/corporate-responsibility\/vielfalt-integration\/\">Frauen bei Capgemini<\/a> und unterst\u00fctzt sie dabei, ihr Potenzial voll auszusch\u00f6pfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ich geh\u00f6re zum Business Services Team, aber in dieser Gruppe habe ich viele faszinierende Menschen aus verschiedenen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen kennengelernt und schnell gemerkt, was man erreichen kann, wenn man gemeinsam f\u00fcr eine gute Sache arbeitet&#8221;, sagt sie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was sie aber wirklich begeisterte, war der Vorschlag, eine Initiative zu starten, um jungen Frauen den Einstieg in die IT-Welt zu erleichtern und daf\u00fcr das j\u00e4hrliche Stipendienprogramm von Capgemini in Polen zu nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine Entdeckungsreise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/GettyImages-1042703574.jpg?w=960\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915497\" style=\"width:480px;height:320px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl Monika keinen IT-Hintergrund hatte, schien es ihr die perfekte Position zu sein, um bei der Organisation eines solchen Programms zu helfen. &#8220;Ich habe meine Karriere bei Capgemini sehr genossen, aber ich gebe offen zu, dass ich kein Technikfreak bin&#8221;, sagt sie. &#8220;In gewisser Weise war IT also auch f\u00fcr mich ein R\u00e4tsel. Das hat mir geholfen, die Perspektive der jungen Leute zu verstehen, die das Thema verwirrend fanden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus dieser Inspiration entstand 2019 die IT Girls Revolution Academy (ITGra). Die Akademie wird ausschlie\u00dflich von Freiwilligen von Capgemini geleitet und bietet IT-Coaching sowie Mentoring f\u00fcr Sch\u00fclerinnen und junge Frauen in Polen. Das Programm l\u00e4uft bereits vier Jahre und wird in allen acht St\u00e4dten Polens durchgef\u00fchrt, in denen es Offices von Capgemini gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf praktischer Ebene konnte Monika ihre ausgezeichneten administrativen und organisatorischen F\u00e4higkeiten einsetzen, um etwas zu bewegen. &#8220;Am Anfang habe ich mich gefragt, wie ich mich einbringen kann. Aber ich habe schnell meinen Platz gefunden. Das konnte ich in das Projekt einbringen, aber auch als Mentorin f\u00fcr die jungen Frauen fungieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IT-Kompetenzen sind unverg\u00e4nglich<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Das Programm besteht aus zwei Hauptphasen&#8221;, erkl\u00e4rt Monika. &#8220;Zun\u00e4chst nehmen die Studierenden an Seminaren teil, die von ehrenamtlichen Mitarbeitenden von Capgemini geleitet werden und eine Reihe von IT-Themen abdecken, von Projektmanagement und Pr\u00e4sentationsf\u00e4higkeiten bis hin zu k\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz und Cybersicherheit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00e4dchen mit gro\u00dfen Tr\u00e4umen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Monika verfolgt die ITGra-Initiative eine Reihe wichtiger Ziele. &#8220;Grunds\u00e4tzlich wollen wir mehr junge Frauen dazu ermutigen, in den IT-Sektor einzusteigen und die Geschlechterl\u00fccke in der IT-Branche zu schlie\u00dfen. Obwohl sich die Wahrnehmung der Branche sicherlich zum Besseren wandelt, gibt es immer noch eine starke Voreingenommenheit gegen\u00fcber M\u00e4nnern. Mit diesem Programm wollen wir die IT entmystifizieren, damit sie weniger einsch\u00fcchternd wirkt, und M\u00e4dchen mit Frauen in Kontakt bringen, die eine erfolgreiche Karriere in der Branche gemacht haben und als Mentorinnen und Vorbilder dienen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/GettyImages-664198918.jpg?w=960\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915505\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bislang haben Monika und ihr Team von den Teilnehmerinnen und den beteiligten Schulen ein hervorragendes Feedback erhalten. &#8220;Die Lehrkr\u00e4fte, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, wollen immer wiederkommen, weil sie sehen, wie die M\u00e4dchen von dem Programm profitieren, was ihr Selbstvertrauen und ihr Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr die Arbeitswelt angeht&#8221;, sagt sie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Belohnend und inspirierend<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/GettyImages-606351503.jpg?w=960\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-915509\" style=\"width:480px;height:320px\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Monika war die Freiwilligenarbeit eine gro\u00dfartige M\u00f6glichkeit, sich selbst herauszufordern und die eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten weiterzuentwickeln. &#8220;Ich w\u00fcrde wirklich jeden ermutigen, einen Freiwilligendienst in Betracht zu ziehen, denn es ist sehr befriedigend, etwas zur\u00fcckzugeben. Au\u00dferdem bietet es ein sicheres Umfeld, in dem man sich als Lehrer oder Mentor \u00fcben kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Monika ist der Meinung, dass dieses Projekt sehr gut zu den Unternehmenswerten von Capgemini passt, da es zum Beispiel junge M\u00e4dchen ermutigt, sich mutig f\u00fcr eine Zukunft in der IT zu entscheiden und ihnen mehr Freiheit bei der Wahl ihrer eigenen Karriere gibt. Ein beeindruckendes Ergebnis f\u00fcr jemanden, der keinen technischen Hintergrund hat. Monika fasst zusammen: &#8220;Meine Reise mit ITGra hat mir gezeigt, dass es bei Capgemini immer einen Platz gibt, um etwas Au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches zu
