dar\u00fcber hinaus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die zweite Ausgabe des j\u00e4hrlichen B2B-Pulse-Reports des Capgemini Research Institute f\u00fcr die Telekommunikationsbranche beleuchtet die sich ver\u00e4ndernden Anforderungen, Herausforderungen und Erfahrungen von Gesch\u00e4ftskunden in 13 L\u00e4ndern und unterschiedlichen Branchen. Grundlage der Studie sind die Erkenntnisse aus 1.100 befragten Unternehmen sowie mehr als 15 Interviews mit F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Bericht zeigt deutlich auf, wo heute noch L\u00fccken im Kundenerlebnis bestehen, und identifiziert sechs zentrale Handlungsfelder, in denen sich Telekommunikationsanbieter weiterentwickeln m\u00fcssen, um ihre Servicequalit\u00e4t nachhaltig zu verbessern und zus\u00e4tzlichen gesch\u00e4ftlichen Mehrwert f\u00fcr ihre Kunden zu schaffen. Zu den wichtigsten Erkenntnissen z\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Telekommunikationsanbieter m\u00fcssen sich zu echten Wachstumspartnern entwickeln. <\/strong>Gesch\u00e4ftskunden erwarten heute mehr als reine Konnektivit\u00e4t: 74\u202f% fordern, dass Telkos Verantwortung f\u00fcr konkrete Gesch\u00e4ftsergebnisse \u00fcbernehmen. Gleichzeitig geben jedoch nur 39\u202f% an, dass ihr Anbieter tats\u00e4chlich zum Umsatzwachstum beitr\u00e4gt. Der Bedarf an ma\u00dfgeschneiderten, branchenkundigen L\u00f6sungen nimmt sp\u00fcrbar zu \u2013 und 65\u202f% der Kunden sind bereit, f\u00fcr solche Angebote einen Preisaufschlag zu zahlen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unternehmen erwarten von Telekommunikationsanbietern die Rolle eines Orchestrators f\u00fcr ganze \u00d6kosysteme.<\/strong> Gesch\u00e4ftskunden w\u00fcnschen sich, dass Telkos die Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT, Softwareanbietern, Systemintegratoren, OEMs und Hyperscalern aktiv steuern und koordinieren. Zwar erwarten 65\u202f% der Unternehmen eine solche umfassende Orchestrierungsrolle, doch bislang sehen nur 35\u202f%, dass diese Erwartung tats\u00e4chlich erf\u00fcllt wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Netzwerkinnovation ist heute ein entscheidender Erfolgsfaktor.<\/strong> Intelligente, flexibel und bedarfsgerecht nutzbare Netzwerke r\u00fccken zunehmend in den Fokus der Unternehmen: 61\u202f% betrachten Non\u2011Terrestrial Networks (NTNs) als essenziell, 55\u202f% evaluieren bereits entsprechende L\u00f6sungen, und 53\u202f% setzen auf moderne Netzwerkservices wie SD\u2011WAN, Private 5G, Network as a Service (NaaS), APIs und Network Slicing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Bef\u00e4higung durch K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz ist zu einer zentralen Erwartung geworden.<\/strong> KI hat sich von einzelnen Pilotprojekten zu einer strategischen Plattformentscheidung entwickelt. Innerhalb der kommenden zwei Jahre planen 84\u202f% der Unternehmen Investitionen in KI und Machine Learning, 76\u202f% in KI\u2011 beziehungsweise Gen\u2011AI\u2011Plattformen. Gleichzeitig sind jedoch 72\u202f% der Befragten der Ansicht, dass Telekommunikationsanbieter bei KI\u2011 und Cloud\u2011F\u00e4higkeiten noch hinter den Hyperscalern zur\u00fcckliegen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vertrauen, digitale Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t und Cybersicherheit sind entscheidende Faktoren bei der Anbieterwahl.<\/strong> Vertrauen gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung bei der Auswahl von Telekommunikationspartnern: 86\u202f% der Unternehmen ber\u00fccksichtigen das Herkunftsland eines Anbieters, und 67\u202f% sehen digitale Souver\u00e4nit\u00e4t als ausschlaggebenden Grund, Telkos gegen\u00fcber Hyperscalern zu bevorzugen. Gleichzeitig bleibt die Zufriedenheit mit KI\u2011gest\u00fctzten Cybersicherheitsl\u00f6sungen mit 51\u202f% noch auf einem vergleichsweise niedrigen Niveau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>B2B\u2011Kunden erwarten durchg\u00e4ngig digitale und nahtlose Kundenerlebnisse.<\/strong> Dennoch bestehen weiterhin sp\u00fcrbare Br\u00fcche in der Customer Experience: W\u00e4hrend 64\u202f% der Unternehmen ein reibungsloses, integriertes Kundenerlebnis als unverzichtbar ansehen und 58\u202f% bereit sind, daf\u00fcr einen Aufpreis zu zahlen, empfinden 65\u202f% den Kaufprozess als zu komplex \u2013 insbesondere im Bereich der Abrechnung.
