Insbesondere der Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel erwies sich als entscheidender Treiber f\u00fcr die notwendige Transformation. Zus\u00e4tzliche Druckfaktoren sind gesteigerte Erwartungen der Interessenspartner, demografische Ver\u00e4nderungen und begrenzte finanzielle Ressourcen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transformation-der-organisationsformen-als-antwort-auf-vielfaltige-herausforderungen-nbsp\"><strong>Transformation der Organisationsformen als Antwort auf vielf\u00e4ltige Herausforderungen<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Um diesen vielf\u00e4ltigen Herausforderungen erfolgreich zu begegnen, ist eine zukunftsorientierte Transformation der Organisationsformen unumg\u00e4nglich. Die Kooperationsstudie fokussiert sich darauf, innovative Ma\u00dfnahmen und Strategien zu entwickeln, um Institutionen des \u00f6ffentlichen Sektors zukunftsf\u00e4hig aufzustellen und anpassungsf\u00e4higer zu machen. Im Bereich der Aufbauorganisation setzen wir auf flachere Hierarchien, um gr\u00f6\u00dfere Handlungs- und Entscheidungsspielr\u00e4ume zu schaffen.
