Das bedeutet, Unternehmen k\u00f6nnen sich nicht nur auf ihre eigenen Touchpoints mit dem Kunden konzentrieren, sondern m\u00fcssen sich auch aller anderen Erfahrungen auf der gesamten Customer Journey bewusst sein. Lassen Sie uns ein Beispiel nehmen: Als Kunde einer Fluggesellschaft beinhaltet die Customer Journey verschiedene Touchpoints mit Drittanbietern wie z.B. w\u00e4hrend des Transports zum Flughafen oder in der Sicherheitskontrolle, die vom eigenen Unternehmen kaum beeinflussbar sind. Dessen m\u00fcssen sich Unternehmen bewusst sein und somit verst\u00e4rkt darauf setzen, die beeinflussbaren Aspekte in der Customer Experience zu perfektionieren, denn meistens k\u00f6nnen die Kunden in ihrer Wahrnehmung nicht differenzieren, ob ein Touchpoint von der Fluggesellschaft oder einem Drittanbieter gesteuert wird. Der Fokus auf CX ist nicht nur relevant, um positive Effekte zu hebeln, sondern auch, um langfristige Folgen einer Nichterf\u00fcllung der Kundenerwartung vom Unternehmen abzuwenden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Umsatzeinbr\u00fcche<\/strong>: Unternehmen, bei denen CX nicht im Fokus ihrer Produkte und Services steht, gef\u00e4hrden ihren Umsatz, z. Diesen Aspekt werden wir in K\u00fcrze auch in unserem POV n\u00e4her erl\u00e4utern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vorherrschendes Silo-Denken<\/strong>: CX ist nicht auf die eigenen Touchpoints beschr\u00e4nkt. Daher f\u00fchrt eine fehlende End-to-End Betrachtung von CX und mangelnde, unternehmensinterne Verbindlichkeit zu fragmentierten Kundenerlebnissen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unzureichender Tech-Stack<\/strong>: Eine unausgereifte technologische Infrastruktur hindert Unternehmen daran, CX aus einer Datenperspektive zu betrachten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fehlende Kundeneinblicke<\/strong>: Bevor Unternehmen ihre CX verbessern k\u00f6nnen, muss klar sein, was deren Kunden erwarten. Die fehlende Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und Bereitschaft zur Nutzung von Kundendaten stellen daher eine der gr\u00f6\u00dften Herausforderungen bei der Identifizierung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von CX-Verbesserungen dar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Der erste Schritt zum Aufbau einer exzellenten CX ist die Identifizierung dieser Herausforderungen.
