Mai 2020 wird die Capgemini-Gruppe von Aiman Ezzat, Chief Executive Officer, geleitet.<\/h2><p class=\"intro-para-content\">Die Konzernleitung wird von zwei Gremien unterst\u00fctzt, in denen die wichtigsten operativen und funktionalen F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte des Konzerns vertreten sind: dem Group Executive Board (GEB) und dem Group Executive Committee (GEC), das breiter angelegt ist und alle GEB-Mitglieder umfasst.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-column-text is-style-cg-sapphire3 column-text-block\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12\"><div class=\"column-text\"><h3 class=\"column-title caps-text\">Vielfalt iM management<\/h3><div class=\"inner-column-text\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-12 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column1text\">Die Gruppe hat beschlossen, den Anteil der Frauen in der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung der Gruppe schrittweise zu erh\u00f6hen. Langfristiges Ziel der Gruppe ist es, in der Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung den gleichen Anteil an Frauen zu erreichen wie in der Belegschaft der Gruppe.
