Diese Guidelines wurden f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter der Gruppe entwickelt. GET THE BASICS RIGHT:<\/strong> Konto und Netzwerk sichern<br><br>F\u00fcr unser pers\u00f6nliches Verhalten gelten online dieselben Regeln wie offline. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter m\u00fcssen die Gesetze einhalten, sich ethisch verhalten und der Informationssicherheit Priorit\u00e4t einr\u00e4umen. Denke immer daran, dass dein Online-Verhalten sowohl dich als auch das Unternehmen widerspiegelt.<\/h5><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col-12 col-md-4 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column3text\"><strong>3. B. bereits in einer Pressemitteilung enthalten sind), einschlie\u00dflich der Namen von Kunden oder Mitarbeitern von Kunden, Gesch\u00e4ftsinformationen \u00fcber das Gesch\u00e4ft eines Kunden oder andere Informationen, die zur Identifizierung eines Kunden verwendet werden k\u00f6nnten, ohne dessen ausdr\u00fcckliche schriftliche Zustimmung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gebe nur Informationen weiter, die bereits \u00f6ffentlich zug\u00e4nglich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sch\u00fctze vertrauliche und gesch\u00fctzte Informationen von Kunden, der Gruppe und Lieferanten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dies ist eine vertragliche und gesetzliche Verpflichtung, deren Nichteinhaltung mit hohen Bu\u00dfgeldern und Strafverfolgung geahndet wird.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. <\/strong>Sch\u00fctzen deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gebe keine detaillierten Informationen \u00fcber die Rollen der Teammitglieder oder ihre Beitr\u00e4ge zu bestimmten Projekten weiter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ver\u00f6ffentliche keine pers\u00f6nlichen Daten von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, einschlie\u00dflich Fotos, ohne deren Zustimmung.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. <\/strong>Kenntnis der Regeln.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du bist f\u00fcr das, was du ver\u00f6ffentlichst, verantwortlich.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lese, verstehe und befolge den Kodex der Gesch\u00e4ftsethik des Unternehmens, die Datenschutzrichtlinie und die Anforderungen der Gruppe an die Cybersicherheit, die in der Richtlinie zur akzeptablen Nutzung dargelegt sind, sowie die Richtlinie zu Wettbewerbsgesetzen.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. <\/strong>Sicher sein.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verwende ein sicheres Passwort, aktualisiere es regelm\u00e4\u00dfig und gebe deine Anmeldedaten niemals an Dritte weiter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verwende deine Firmen-E-Mail-Adresse nicht, um pers\u00f6nliche Konten in sozialen Medien zu erstellen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ver\u00f6ffentliche niemals Bilder deines Firmencomputerbildschirms, Sicherheitsausweises oder anderer identifizierbarer Sicherheitsmerkmale.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. <\/strong>Urheberrecht beachten.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Halte die Gesetze und Regelungen ein, insbesondere die Gesetze zu den gewerblichen Schutz- und Urheberrechten, einschlie\u00dflich Copyright und Markenzeichen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Du darfst keine Inhalte posten und keine Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen, die gegen geltendes Gesetz versto\u00dfen oder die gewerblichen Schutz- und Urheberrechte der Gruppe oder Dritter verletzen.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. <\/strong>Sei respektvoll.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ver\u00f6ffentliche niemals obsz\u00f6nes, rassistisches, sexistisches, pornografisches, sexuell anst\u00f6\u00dfiges oder anderweitig diskriminierendes, bedrohendes, bel\u00e4stigendes, pers\u00f6nlich beleidigendes, verleumderisches oder illegales Material.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Sei transparent.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lege deine Verbindung zu Capgemini offen, wenn du \u00fcber Capgemini-Angelegenheiten sprichst.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sei immer ehrlich in Bezug auf deine Rolle und Position innerhalb des Unternehmens; \u00fcbertreibe nicht deine Seniorit\u00e4t und damit deine Autorit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nur autorisierte Unternehmenssprecher d\u00fcrfen die offiziellen Positionen von Capgemini online vertreten; stelle klar, dass du deine eigene Meinung und nicht die des Unternehmens vertrittst.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. <\/strong>Kritisiere nicht.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c4u\u00dfere dich nicht abf\u00e4llig \u00fcber unsere Gesch\u00e4ftspartner,
