Conditions of participation for the competition “LEGO®Technic“.

Subject and organizer

These terms and conditions govern the conditions for participation in the lottery “LEGO®Technic“. The organizer of the competition is Capgemini Deutschland GmbH, Potsdamer Platz 5, 10785 Berlin (Capgemini).

By participating in the lottery, these conditions of participation are accepted.

Participation

Any natural person in his or her own name who has reached the age of 18 and is resident in Germany is eligible to participate. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted.

All persons from Capgemini as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the lottery. In addition, Capgemini reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude any person from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example

(a)           in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the lottery,

(b)          in the event of violations of these conditions of participation,

(c)           in the event of unfair trading or

(d)          in the case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.

Participation is done by scanning the QR code displayed at Capgemini booth B30 in hall B2, providing your details and confirming these terms and conditions].

The campaign period for the lottery is from 05 September 2023, 9:00 a.m. to 08 September, 6:00 p.m.. Participation after 08 September 2023, 18:00 is no longer possible and will not be considered.  

Winnings and notification of winnings

A total of five LEGO®Technic 42156 PEUGEOT 9×8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar in 1/10th scale will be raffled off among all eligible participants.

Only one prize is possible per participant.

The prize is not transferable, nor can the prize be exchanged or paid in cash.

The winners will be chosen at random within one week after the closing date from among all eligible participants. The winners will be informed by e-mail and asked to send an address to which the prize should be sent. If the prize is not accepted by sending an address within one week after notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement draw will be held.

Privacy

We, Capgemini Deutschland Holding GmbH, are responsible for the collection, processing and use of personal data of the participating persons, insofar as we process such data ourselves. We will use the personal information of the participating person as well as the other personal data only within the framework of the legal provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or the consent of the participating person has been obtained. The data will only be used to carry out the competition and will then be deleted.

You can request information, correction, deletion, restriction of your personal data as well as the transmission of these in a structured, common and machine-readable format.

You can also object to the processing of your personal data.

Final provisions

Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected. German law shall apply. Legal recourse to review the draw is excluded.
