As a Capgemini Consultant, you are constantly encouraged to contribute to thought leadership, regardless of your level in the organization. This almost always means jumping on a call with colleagues after a long day of client work, but it gives you a opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge thinking on a topic you’re interested in or passionate about. It also gives you a unique opportunity to work with bright colleagues outside of your current project team.
This month our Supply Chain Management practice has been particularly busy. Two teams have published articles in Supply Chain Quarterly, a leading publication for supply chain professionals:
- Tom Wrobleski (recently featured in our Senior Leadership Spotlight blog), Nicole Falk and Jennifer Gariepy explain an 8-step framework for a “servitized,” customer-focused supply chain
- Bryan Garcia highlights trends in global trade flows according to the Capgemini Consulting Global Trade Flow Index
