Life as a graduate management consultant – what to expect
From day one you’ll be encouraged to be bold, inquisitive and entrepreneurial. You’ll work in a team of supportive colleagues who will challenge your ideas – and will expect you to challenge theirs. Every opinion and idea counts here, and you’ll have the opportunity to build your reputation with senior clients.
Your career is in your hands and it’s up to you to steer it. Project lengths can be anything from a couple of weeks to the best part of a year. Similarly, the industry and the content of your projects can vary significantly. You’ll need to be flexible about working in a variety of locations. You could be working in London or in any other UK location, or even internationally, to suit our clients.
