We are looking for a Digital Design Manager to join our rapidly growing team of strategists, creatives, designers, and technologists and deliver innovation to our clients worldwide.

We’re looking for passionate creative thinkers with strong points of view on the craft of digital product management and a passion for turning new innovation concepts into pilot-ready digital products, services, and experiences.
You have experience and a proven ability to lead strategy-driven digital product initiatives
You have the capability and passion to move consistently from concept to wireframe (20%) to working prototype repeatedly
You are comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced product design and development cycles and adept at managing client relationships and expectations
You understand the design process, are comfortable sketching and get what consumers / user’s will require in design
You have a deep understanding of best practices to craft products and experiences working with an array of different stakeholders and resources
You are able to manage multiple work streams while navigating ambiguity, distilling complex concepts across both business and technical audiences
At root, you are driven to deliver high quality outcomes and steward ideas to life with deep curiosity and keen insight
You will work closely with our research, commercial strategy & idea development teams to create new digital products
As our Digital Design Manager, you would demonstrate and be held responsible for:
Digital Innovation — Participate in multidisciplinary team work to conceptualize, strategize, ideate, and prototype thoughtful & interactive solutions to client needs
Product Ownership — Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to deliver on the promise of sound digital product concepts, prototypes up to MVP’s
Application of Insights — Partner throughout our discovery and research processes to connect our learning to outcomes and steward notions through strategy to end product
User Research and User Testing — Participate in user research (exploratory) and lead user testing (validation) to assess real-world product feedback, consumer understanding and commercial application
Presentation & Storytelling — Present and explain product intent and strategic rationale across audiences in a thoughtful and compelling manner
You will be part of growing a new capability, and as a result need to be exceptionally capable at both your craft and leading others in its best application and understanding
As we expand our digital capabilities, we’re looking for individuals with demonstrated ability to grow with our business and to grow our business in tandem with their own development
In this role, you will be encouraged to grow your professional capabilities alongside the evolving needs of our organization with the expectation to take on broader responsibilities as our shared growth requires
You should have 4-7 years experience of increasing responsibility delivering digital products and services based on strategic principles
You should have significant experience and a strong point of view on the best practices to move ideas from early stage concepts through to initial market launch (MVP)
You should have experience with a portfolio of products across various domains (e.g. b2b, b2c, internal, external, etc.) and industry verticals
Advanced command of standard design applications (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, Keynote, Sketch, InVision); experience with video editing, motion graphics, and prototyping software is a plus
Advanced digital design portfolio with examples of mobile and touch work that demonstrates conceptual problem solving and the ability to define look and feel for integrated experiences
Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies with an emphasis on agile
Advanced ability to utilize feedback/direction from the Creative Lead to generate multiple design explorations and iterate those designs to the satisfaction of the Creative Lead.
You should be self-propelled by restless curiosity, resourceful in scouring the world for insight, and comfortable in a highly charged idea-centric environment
You have a firm grasp of progressive digital domains, including but not limited to lean product design, prototyping, lean startup principles, and agile software development
