para ganar en conectividad y m\u00e1s all\u00e1 edici\u00f3n 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La segunda edici\u00f3n del informe anual B2B Pulse del Capgemini Research Institute para la industria de las telecomunicaciones examina las necesidades, los desaf\u00edos y las experiencias cambiantes de los clientes empresariales en 13 pa\u00edses y sectores. Basado en la informaci\u00f3n de 1100 organizaciones y m\u00e1s de 15 entrevistas a ejecutivos, el informe destaca las brechas de experiencia que enfrentan los clientes B2B actualmente e identifica seis \u00e1reas prioritarias en las que los proveedores de telecomunicaciones deben evolucionar para fortalecer la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios y generar valor comercial. Las principales conclusiones incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Las empresas de telecomunicaciones deben convertirse en socios de crecimiento<\/strong>. Los clientes quieren que las empresas de telecomunicaciones impulsen resultados, no solo la conectividad: el 74 % espera responsabilidad por los resultados empresariales, pero solo el 39 % afirma que su proveedor contribuye al crecimiento de los ingresos. La demanda de soluciones a medida y adaptadas a la industria est\u00e1 aumentando, y el 65 % est\u00e1 dispuesto a pagar un precio superior por ellas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las organizaciones esperan que las empresas de telecomunicaciones organicen ecosistemas<\/strong>. Las empresas desean que las empresas de telecomunicaciones se coordinen entre TI, software, SI, OEM e hiperescaladores. Si bien el 65 % espera que las empresas de telecomunicaciones organicen ecosistemas completos, solo el 35 % prev\u00e9 que esto suceda hoy en d\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La innovaci\u00f3n en redes es ahora esencial<\/strong>. Las redes inteligentes bajo demanda se est\u00e1n convirtiendo en una prioridad: el 61 % considera las NTN como esenciales, el 55 % est\u00e1 explorando soluciones NTN y el 53 % est\u00e1 adoptando servicios de red avanzados como SD-WAN, 5G privado, NaaS, API y segmentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La habilitaci\u00f3n de la IA es una expectativa clave<\/strong>. La IA ha pasado de los pilotos a las decisiones sobre plataformas. Dentro de dos a\u00f1os, el 84% planea invertir en IA\/ML y el 76% en plataformas de IA\/Gen IA; sin embargo, el 72% afirma que las telcos est\u00e1n a la zaga de los hiperescaladores en cuanto a capacidades de IA y nube.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La confianza, la soberan\u00eda y la ciberseguridad influyen en la elecci\u00f3n del proveedor<\/strong>. La confianza influye en la selecci\u00f3n del proveedor: el 86% considera el pa\u00eds de origen de una telco, y el 67% considera la soberan\u00eda como la raz\u00f3n clave para preferir a las telcos sobre los hiperescaladores. Sin embargo, la satisfacci\u00f3n con la ciberseguridad impulsada por IA sigue siendo limitada, con un 51%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Los clientes B2B buscan experiencias fluidas y prioritarias en lo digital<\/strong>. Persisten las brechas en la experiencia: si bien el 64% afirma que una experiencia del cliente fluida es esencial y el 58% pagar\u00e1 m\u00e1s por ella, el 65% considera que el proceso de compra es demasiado complejo, especialmente la facturaci\u00f3n, lo que destaca una importante oportunidad de mejora.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>B2B Pulse \u2013 Edici\u00f3n 2 <\/em>es esencial para los ejecutivos que definen el futuro de la estrategia de telecomunicaciones B2B, incluyendo l\u00edderes de ventas empresariales y B2B, propietarios de productos y portafolios, ejecutivos de redes e infraestructura, y l\u00edderes que impulsan la experiencia del cliente, los servicios gestionados, la IA y la ciberseguridad.
