cambio&#8221;, explora este nuevo panorama del liderazgo. Ofrece una visi\u00f3n general de los modelos de liderazgo en evoluci\u00f3n y de las habilidades y fortalezas t\u00e9cnicas esenciales que los l\u00edderes necesitan para prosperar. Entre las principales conclusiones se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El liderazgo actual trasciende el g\u00e9nero<\/strong>: Las organizaciones han avanzado en cuanto a liderazgo y g\u00e9nero, y ahora hombres y mujeres son vistos como l\u00edderes igualmente capaces y valorados por las organizaciones. Tanto hombres como mujeres reconocen el valor de desarrollar sus habilidades t\u00e9cnicas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Una nueva brecha de percepci\u00f3n podr\u00eda indicar la renovaci\u00f3n de los estereotipos de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>: los hombres creen que muchas habilidades t\u00e9cnicas del futuro son inherentemente masculinas, mientras que las mujeres las consideran neutrales en cuanto al g\u00e9nero. En realidad, las mujeres tienen la misma confianza que los hombres en la mayor\u00eda de las habilidades percibidas como masculinas y reconocen cada vez m\u00e1s la confianza en s\u00ed mismas: el 58 % la cita como su principal fortaleza, al igual que el 59 % de los hombres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Los prejuicios limitan el crecimiento y las oportunidades para todos<\/strong>: el 53 % de las mujeres reporta prejuicios en los salarios competitivos, y el 40 % afirma haber tenido pocas oportunidades de viajar o reubicarse.
