alcance de su equipo de gesti\u00f3n de personal (WFM), la organizaci\u00f3n quer\u00eda un nuevo conjunto de herramientas para mejorar la eficacia y liberar tiempo del equipo para dedicarlo a tareas adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A medida que se dispon\u00eda de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas pertinentes, la empresa y Capgemini, su socio a largo plazo, reconocieron la oportunidad de hacer realidad su visi\u00f3n mediante la implantaci\u00f3n de la automatizaci\u00f3n inteligente. Esto comenz\u00f3 con una revisi\u00f3n de las nuevas herramientas disponibles, as\u00ed como una d\u00e9cada de asociaci\u00f3n efectiva para identificar las oportunidades exactas que pod\u00edan explotar. Adem\u00e1s, el equipo del proyecto realiz\u00f3 un exhaustivo an\u00e1lisis de costes y beneficios centrado en el impacto potencial de un proyecto de transformaci\u00f3n. Tras este trabajo de base inicial, los socios acordaron que la implantaci\u00f3n de la herramienta Genesys Administrator &amp; Aspect servir\u00eda mejor a las necesidades de la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-automatizacion-en-el-centro-de-las-transformaciones\">La automatizaci\u00f3n en el centro de las transformaciones<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez acordado un plan de acci\u00f3n, los socios pusieron en marcha un programa de transformaci\u00f3n que introdujo la automatizaci\u00f3n en determinados procesos, incluidas las actividades en tiempo real y la programaci\u00f3n de la mano de obra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa y Capgemini tambi\u00e9n desarrollaron t\u00e9cnicas de previsi\u00f3n m\u00e1s exhaustivas y sin fricciones que ayudaran a predecir mejor las pr\u00f3ximas necesidades de carga de trabajo y a asignar adecuadamente a los miembros del equipo para garantizar una prestaci\u00f3n de servicios coherente y de alta calidad. Esto redujo la cantidad de tareas repetitivas y laboriosas que antes absorb\u00edan gran parte del esfuerzo y permiti\u00f3 a los socios buscar formas de ampliar su exitosa relaci\u00f3n.
