职责描述：
Work together with product owner, data scientist, data engineer, management team to accomplish:
1) Data Exploration
• Be data consumer to use data from data source/AWS data lake.
• Streamline data extraction step.
• Improve accuracy of data acquisition.
2) Data Preparation
• Prepare data include but not limited with data cleaning, master data standardization, data sharing working model in different data lake layer (source layer, prepared layer and sematic layer).
• Establish implementation methods and process for sharing and operating flow of data assets.
3) Data Reporting
• Establish/Use Business Intelligent tool to report business KPI, feature performance KPI etc.
4) Data Analysis
Compared with Data Reporting, Data Analysis is focused on customer behavior to enhance feature development and customer experience from Infotainment and Connected Drive data domain. Include but not limited with
• Features usage behavior
• User journey optimization
• Intelligent recommendation
• User behavior profile/persona
• Requirement with other data domain (customer, aftersales, sales, financial etc.)
• Usage with global requirement
5) Be as a product owner
• Existing feature enhancement and new feature design based on data analysis result.
• Project management skill to ensure feature delivery.
• Take lead of the concept design, development steering, vehicle integration, test and
• validation.
任职要求：
- Bachelor or higher degree
- 2-5 years’ experience as a Data/Business Analyst or a Product Owner in Car Connected service.
- Strong technical aptitude (learns new processes and systems quickly) and ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to find the correct solution for complex business problems.
- Superior communication and negotiation skills to manage the stakeholder and external suppliers
- Fluent English communication in terms of oral and written English
- Understand agile software development process, Strong proficiency with collaboration and agile tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence)
