Delivery
– Collaborate with clients to define long-term vision, goals and strategies
– Develop transformation roadmaps and design clients’ future processes and organizations
– Simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create executable actions
– Test and present insights and recommendations to senior management
– Manage project execution from start-to-finish and drive team to deliver according to plan (scope, quality and time);
– Coach and develop junior team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development. Share best practices and project results.
Business Development
– Drive internal business development activities with high quality and impact.
– Develop client relationships to identify and qualify sales opportunities and play an active role in the conversion of leads.
– Partner with other internal leaders across capability areas to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs
Practice Development
– Support the leadership and development of our people through people management and training
– Partner with other internal leaders to grow the Capgemini Invent brand
– Support recruiting efforts through networking and interviewing
– Demonstrate strong consulting and advisory skillset including analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize content and translate it into sound recommendations and deliverables
– Lead or be a team member on transformation projects with large client organizations
– Accountable for ensuring the accurate reporting of personal and project team productivity (e.g., utilization rates)
– Mentor and coach others to deliver quality results and promote others’ professional development
– Automotive Industry experience required working with either major OEM’s or solution providers in the design & technology areas
– A strong passion for partnering with world leaders to build the future of the industry
– An entrepreneurship mindset to grow, develop, and run your business
任职要求：
Job Requirement/ Desired profile:
– 12 years + working experience, including 3+ year Automotive experience
– Management consulting experiences are mandatory
– Functional experiences from multiple topics below are required:
• Program leadership expert who effectively drives and scales various transformations, from ideation to implementation
• Agile operating model champion who frames the future organization of the IT which really enable company digital strategy
• Organization strategists who can design, reinvent and implement operating model changes from structure to culture
• Technology pioneers who identify business models and solutions with new technologies, leveraging the power of data, AI, and connectivity to design and deliver at scale
– Have experience influencing and earning the trust of senior stakeholders and moving business teams to take action
– Talent for challenging the status quo and creating partner relationship with clients
– Ability to address and lead all types of projects, from strategy business concept design to large implementation projects with global colleagues and clients
– Considerable reliability and team spirit. Ability to earn trust is crucial.
– Ownership and relentless mindset to achieve sales and quality deliverables
– Ability to deal with a high level of ambiguity
– Sophisticated presentation and moderation skills. Exceptional skills with MS-Office
– Fluency in English, Chinese
– Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
– International education and working experience are a strong plus
