Capgemini is a global organization. For personal data transfers from its EU to its US entities, Capgemini signs EU Standard Model Clauses.
After the Safe Harbor invalidation by the Court of Justice of the European Union, Capgemini is asking its US third-party suppliers to sign the EU Standard Model Clauses.
