Capgemini Invent performed a top down assessment of the current state to find inconsistencies and/or compatible SDLC processes. By tracking and categorizing the findings of our assessment, we were able to provide detailed feedback on the greatest pain points and areas of weakness which required significant change. Through this analysis, our team created an executable top-of-house PMO roadmap, offering three different paths for relevant methodologies including waterfall and agile.
