He is passionate about delivering the business outcomes that matter the most for clients and shaping diverse, high-performing teams. Raj joined the Group Executive Committee in January 2025.<br><br>Prior to his current role, Raj was Chief Executive Officer of Sogeti US, part of the Capgemini Group. During his tenure and through a strong client focus, his team doubled the business unit&#8217;s revenue within a five-year period.<br><br>Raj joined Capgemini in 1996 and has since established a proven track record of success across all aspects of the business, including advisory, consulting, delivery management, business development, and P&amp;L management.<br><br>Raj holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, a Master of Science in Computer Science, and an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Healthcare from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
