He became a Member of the Group Executive Committee in July 2023.<br>\u00a0<br>In this role, he is responsible for production\/delivery control and quality across all Group entities.<br>\u00a0<br>Prior to this role, Erwoan was in charge of Delivery and Quality for Europe for 5 years, where he managed in particular the alignment of production monitoring management processes with a focus on the application services businesses.<br>\u00a0<br>Erwoan joined Capgemini in 2001, and has held several positions focusing mainly on managing complex business transformation programs for our clients and account management in the industry and telecoms sectors.<br>\u00a0<br>In 1996, after 13 years with Andersen Consulting\/Accenture, where Erwoan worked in consulting and application services in various regions of the world, he joined Ernst &amp; Young in the United States, where he became a US Partner specialized in the automotive and aerospace sectors in
