She also sat on Sodexo\u2019s Venture Capital Investment Committee and was Chairman of the Foodch\u00e9ri Board of Directors. Aligned with her commitments, she was also an Executive Committee sponsor of SoTogether, Sodexo\u2019s diversity and inclusion global program.<br><br>Between 2008 and 2015, she held several positions leading digital transformations: at Axa Group, as Director of Digital Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation and at Solocal, as Head of Strategy, M&amp;A and Partnerships.<br><br>For eight years, she was a consultant at Bain &amp; Company, where she accompanied clients on strategic reviews, performance improvements and post\u2011acquisition integration assignments in Europe and Central America. She started her career in 1995, in Spain, at The Walt Disney Company, where she held different positions in marketing.<br><br>During her career, she has also advised multiple start\u2011ups and promoted building winning relations with corporations to develop long\u2011lasting partnerships.<br><br>Ms. Belen Moscoso del Prado Lopez-Doriga holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Economics from Carlos II University in Spain.<br><br>She joined the Board of Directors of Capgemini SE on May 20, 2020 and was appointed a member of the Compensation Committee on the same date.<br><br>Ms. Belen Moscoso del Prado Lopez-Doriga is a Spanish citizen. She has acquired solid experience in the field of innovation and transformation applied to Digital and Data strategy over the course of her career in international
