What does a day in your life at frog like?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am a consultant at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ch-en\/about-us\/who-we-are\/our-brands\/frog\/\">frog<\/a> customer first. Currently I specialize in the capability unit called Innovation, Strategy and Design. A day at frog is never the same. Our projects have an average duration time between 3-4 months. This makes me able to experience many different projects, sectors and people within a short amount of time. One month I might be working within the agtech-industry and the next month within the Medtech or luxury industry. This suits me perfectly as being a curious-minded person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s the best thing about working at frog?&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The frog approach consist of putting the customer or user in the center of attention. I believe the combination of creativity with well-structured methodologies is the key to value creation and drives the added value for our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also love working in teams, which you will always be able to do as a consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What makes you proud to work at frog?&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are a part of a big corporation, Capgemini Invent. With almost 350 000 employees in the world we have a big responsibility, but we can also be a part of shaping the future! I believe that Capgemini&#8217;s values give provide the right\u202ftool box for creating a positive impact for our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How are you working on &#8220;making your mark&#8221;?&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently I am a part of the Diversity and Inclusion team at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/ch-en\/about-us\/who-we-are\/our-brands\/capgemini-invent\/\">Capgemini Invent<\/a> Switzerland. I also organize new-joiner drinks and social gatherings together with other colleagues Geneva. Last week I joined the rugby tag team at Invent, where our goal, besides from having a great time is to support a local charity organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What advice would you give to someone joining frog?&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Be curios and bold. Don&#8217;t be afraid to take responsibility and initiative. Since we are a small team your role is important.
