Bring to life what’s next

  • Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR
  • Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations
  • Supporting and implementing organisational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organisation
  • Planning and management of training measures
  • Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy and IT

Your skills & career

  • First practical project experience in the field of digital transformation in at least one of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, Life Science
  • An outstanding degree in the field of economics, social sciences or information technology
  • Practical experience in HR work and knowledge of HR strategy, organisation and processes
  • High affinity to digital technologies at the interface between HR and IT (HR Cloud, Artificial Intelligence)
  • The talent to think conceptually and analytically and enjoy the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis and implementation work
  • Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German or French and English
  • Enjoy travelling and working in a team
