Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini Invent look like?

I lead the Sustainability team in Switzerland at Capgemini Invent. As you know Sustainability has many aspects, from communications, reporting and measurement, to improving products and company operations, as well as rethinking business models for the future. Each one of these areas can be delivered by experts from specific areas of Capgemini. My role is to connect the different expertise within our firm and help our clients with the best solutions on their journey to Net Zero.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini Invent?

I love the collaborative environment here. For any topic where a client might need help in Switzerland, I an easily reach out to our team globally, regardless of seniority or which part of the Capgemini Group they might be from. People are always eager to help solve client challenges.

What makes you proud to work at Capgemini Invent?

Nothing makes me prouder than the fact that my work directly has a positive impact on how future generations will live on this planet. Whether it is eliminating plastic waste, or managing e-waste, or helping companies being more energy efficient. It is all for the inheritors of this Earth, our future generations.

How are you working towards the future you want?

The future is now. Whatever we want to see in the future we want, we need to work on it today. I like to see it one sunrise at a time, planning my goals, my tasks, and managing my actions one step at the time. Collectively, they all carve out a path to what the future may hold true for my team, myself and my purpose.
