What we expect from you.

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies and Automatization, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in related field is required.

PhD or other advanced degree is a plus.

Relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering area, or Supply Chain in medical device, regulated industry.

Experience in establishing of strong business cases and technical project in a manufacturing facility.

Knowledge and experience in using practical SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for the industry.

Must have Medical Device experience and experience of being a Technical Application Owner.

Experience in preparing Business Impact Assessments and Automation Experience in a clinical environment.

Worked with validated equipment, software and hardware.

Worked in a GxP environment.

Strong knowledge of stored procedures, views, user-defined functions, data batch processing, and data as a service; strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS (SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012/2014/ 2016), Crystal Reports, ADO.NET and LINQ.

Strong skills in provisioning and using SQL Servers and application servers.

Provide leadership in the understanding of medical device regulations to other disciplines.

Solid experience in UI web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Angular, Knockout, React, Typescript), their patterns and performance improvements

Solid experience in ASP/VB6, ASP.NET/VB.NET/ASP.C#

Database knowledge: Relational (MYSQL, SQL Server), performance troubleshooting and optimization

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design Development and Data Driven Development

Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Eager to learn and share the learnings with the team – stay hungry for more

Willing to travel 10 – 20 % globally. Frequent travel across Western Switzerland

Ability to quickly analyze complex issues and provide recommended course of action.

Ability to work independently and as a team.

English fluent and French intermediate
