Role requires a combination of business consulting, presales and technical skills to bring together our presales and delivery capabilities

 

Business and Sales

  • Advise clients on digital technologies such as block chain-based solutions, automation and cloud transformation strategy and implementation
  • Apply business concepts to conduct value chain analysis, business case assessment, project valuations, ROI, future impact on growth such as revenue, margins and change management
  • Lead multi-functional teams leveraging onshore/offshore/nearshore operating model across the globe and manage multi-million Euro budget to deliver complex digital transformation projects in the banking domain
  • Work with banking domain IT teams such as Equity IT, Fixed Income IT and Regulatory reporting IT to develop common view of data requirements
  • Work with client business and group functions to develop joint roadmap for technology transformation and simplification
  • Shape solution to adequately reflect long term architecture, business, data and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PSD2 in financial services domain such as banking
  • Work as a client advisor to recommend data management, data integration projects and target operating model leading to generation of better insights and business intelligence
  • Identify, define and prioritize DLT use cases for various business requirements
  • Use Capgemini proprietary tools to assess application portfolio and recommend simplification scenarios
  • Prepare business proposals, identify issues and present value recommendations to client in the financial services sector
  • Develop proposals for the Switzerland financial services market with focus on banking
  • Collaborate with other centers of excellence/practices within Capgemini to mobilize team for proposals
  • Very good understanding of pre-sales processes, roles and tools
  • Actively represent our company culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building

Technical

  • Collaborate with the technology team to develop tailored solutions, especially in case of innovative block chain-based products
  • Approach is to develop new solutions. Focus on the development of Block chain technologies and apply the expertise using up-to-date methods like devops. Promote agile methodologies as well as new technologies, and champion a set of processes and methods for the communication and collaboration between departments
  • Run cleansing, sourcing, ingesting and mapping data elements across systems through enterprise information management tools such as Global IDs/Informatica
  • Design and implement high level proof of concepts
  • Design the architecture of Ethereum-based smart contracts and systems
  • Drive innovation through process automation concepts and development approach in an agile fashion
  • Play a key role in conceptualizing and delivering client solutions that are efficient, scalable and secure
  • Improve awareness for block chain – Educate employees and stakeholders on block chain technology concepts
  • Support the team in building Capgemini Switzerland’s Block chain center of excellence

 

Your skills and experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience leading information technology consulting services including the development of strategies, implementing and integrating software, and managing complex projects, collaborating with global banking clients
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Preferred Certification in block chain technology
  • In-depth industry knowledge in banking sector. First-hand experience in closely working with global banks from their strategic locations (Remote client handling will not be considered)
  • Demonstrated superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create lasting, productive partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage a solution-based sales cycle, plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams
  • Strong knowledge of qualifying opportunities, presenting business feasibility to senior executives, managing the bid as a project, formulating a strategy and closing the deal
  • Very good understanding of upcoming regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PSD2 and their impact on solutions and processes
  • Strong solution background in the area of DLT – Experience in designing and implementing solutions based on block chain technologies.
  • Demonstrated project management experience – project planning, execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation
  • Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Strong experience in running onshore/offshore/nearshore operating model and working with teams located in Europe and India
  • Strong international assignment experience in distributed delivery model and selling of IT services with offshore components
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
