Role Description:

As a member of the Management Team & IT Senior Account/Sales Executive, you will model and develop IT Proposal solutions in Insurance Sector. Initiate, build and sustain relationships with clients and prospects, and develop and mentor junior team members.

  • Lead sales and develop proposals for the local and national market
  • Create new models that suits customer requirements along with delivery team
  • Build Network and develop relationships with new clients
  • Lead proposals of large Managed services program with multi-dimensional delivery model Onsite-Nearshore-Offshore
  • Lead the Account Management and manage Global Customers
  • Lead one or more internal areas to grow our company and to coach, mentor, and grow other employees
  • Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement
  • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 18 years of experience leading information technology consulting services including the development of strategies, implementing and integrating software, and managing complex projects, managing Global customers.
  • 10+ years of experience in Insurance industry, Strong domain experience
  • In-depth Knowledge on Insurance L&H, P&C and Commercial Insurance Industry tools ex- Guidewire.
  • Demonstrated superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create lasting, productive partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to Initiate and manage a solution based sales cycle, Plan and manage complex client engagements involving multiple teams, Manage vendor relationships.
  • Strong Solution Background of Cloud, RPA and digital delivery experience
  • Strong Technical Background in J2EE/Dot Net/Database Solution Architect & design experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience – project planning, execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation
  • Deep knowledge in Managed Services Models, multi-Location Delivery models, Solution
  • Mastery of all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Strong business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions
  • Involvement in local professional networking and civic/community activities
  • Strong local network of IT and business executives and business acumen across a variety of industries and business functions
  • Strong International assignment exposure in IT Projects development and maintenance
  • Strong Knowledge in Innovation and new trends, Robotics ( UiPath), Machine Learning concepts
  • Recognized as valued trusted advisor in relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors, and other industry professionals
  • Passionate and successful in mentoring others and developing their careers

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably with engineering in IT background)

Competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in Insurance industry
  • 10+ years of experience in Delivery Management & Account management, managing Global Customers
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management
  • 5+ years of International Assignment experience
  • Several years of experience in Sales backgrounds
  • Ability to lead Large RFPs, strong experience in closing large deals
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • Strong Insurance Domain expertise,
  • Strong background based on Cloud Solutions like SucessFactors, COUPA, SalesForece
  • Strong knowledge in Innovation, Current trends in technology and Insurance Industry, Deep knowledge in RPA with tools background UiPath and Digital Delivery
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and working experience with multiple onsite/offshore/nearshore delivery teams
