Demonstrate leadership in running customer workshop and gathering of [Sales/Service] processes.
Drive overall vision for the [Sales/Service] solution design and a global template approach leveraging “out of the box” capabilities, application development best practices and user adoption strategies.
Configuration of [Sales/Service] features in Salesforce and manage dispersed/remote development teams to ensure [Sales/Service] functional requirements are configured correctly.
What we expect from you.
Experienced in leading larger/complex CRM projects and multi-location rollouts.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead customer workshops and analyze, design, and optimize [Sales/Service] business processes for customer relationship management.
Experienced in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Fluent in English and German
