Demonstrate support of Lead in the running of customer workshop and requirements gathering & documentation of [Sales/Service] processes.
Good communication skills and proven ability to support customer workshops and analyze, design, and optimize [Sales/Service] business processes for customer relationship management.
Configuration of [Sales/Service] features in Salesforce and coordinate dispersed/remote development teams on behalf of the Functional Lead.
What we expect from you.
Some experience working in larger/complex CRM projects that ideally should include and multi-location rollouts.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead customer workshops and analyze, design, and optimize [Sales/Service] business processes for customer relationship management.
Experienced in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Fluent in English and German.
