What you can expect from us.
|Getting first hand technical/functional requirements from Customer
Co-ordinating between Customer stakeholders and near shore development teams
Resolving project issues that require immediate attention
Act as a liaison between Customer and Capgemini to ensure there is no information asymmetry
Maintain transparency of the process and keep Customer and near shore teams updated on the progress of tasks/issues/defects/incidents etc.
Program management (Internal) and Customer stakeholder management (External)
Business Knowledge of Insurance
Manage CG work in a waterfall / Agile scenario
Resolve and issues / manage team risks
Work allocation and monitoring onsite
Work with Customer resources as per the Target Operating Model.
Work and align with Near shore center stream lead ERP/INS and ensure delivery of work.
Obtain acceptance can sign off.
Oversee CG delivery as per the Target Operating Model.
What we expect from you.
|You have 8 to 10 years’ experience in SAP CRM (all sub modules, CIC, telephony integration), ABAP dev skills
(development); SAP solution manager.
SAP integration with FICO, BI/BO, technical overview, S/4 HANA
Functional knowledge of Campaign, Offer management, target groups, Customer segmentation, Activity tracking,
Data Integration management – Online forms, URL Jumps, 3C (3c is a custom software, SAP Bolt on)
Fluency in design and documentation of business process and related SAP CRM components related to Order
to Cash, CRM pre-sales activities, Marketing Campaigns and Pricing.
Business objects like Accounts and Partners, Contacts, Service Contracts, Sales Orders, Product Catalog
Ability to develop „business case“ supporting business process re-engineering initiatives, cost/benefit, quality,
cycle time and other metrics.
Demonstrated CRM functional and technical expertise and leadership with responsibility for completing project
deliverables within cost and schedule.
Manage project scheduling, prioritize workload and activities of team members and good communication skills
towards project leadership and team members.
SAP CRM Middleware configuration preferred.
Experience with mobile solution systems, process modeling and design tools desirable.
Must be able to demonstrate planning, coordination skills with development initiatives including a high degree of
project management skills.
Must have worked 2-3 full project lifecycles with hands-on in designing, developing, testing and deploying
complex SAP CRM solutions.
Strong logical and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
MUST speak German. Good English language skills
