What does your average day look like?

I am head of our cybersecurity practice for Cloud Infrastructure Solutions France. This means that I am responsible for the quality of deliveries,  our financial health, the empowerment of our people, business development, and the cyber strategy for France. I am also involved in internal and external communications and marketing.

My average day is a mix of many different subjects that combine short-, mid- and long-term actions.

It’s a lot about sharing ideas and translating them into action plans. They involve my team, other Capgemini teams (including from other countries), and well as our ecosystem (start-ups, partners, clients…).

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

We are playing with a lot of cards in our game, which means the opportunities for personal development are wide.

How are you working towards the future you want?

At Capgemini,  am working towards the future I want as a player who is part of a team. It’s a game that makes sense because it is played with team spirit and with a clear strategy and roadmap that is ambitious. It also allows everyone to grow and develop their skills while achieving a good work-life balance. This means that every day, I am trying to share our Values, be transparent (say what I do, do what I say), and hopefully inspire.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Do not be shy. Take the time to meet people, understand their jobs and roles, and share your vision and suggestions. Be yourself.
