– Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

As an Engagement Manager, my day starts with planning key activities. This is followed by meeting with the team in daily standup, client meetings/communications, connecting with leads, checking on project progress and risk assessments, working with resourcing team for open demands fulfillment and operation tasks. When in office, I meet my colleagues and share lighter moments over coffee. Fridays are meant for spending some fun time with the team. I have also been attending a few leadership trainings.

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

I am proud to work at Capgemini because talent is valued here, and they are given immense opportunities to learn and grow by carving their career path.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

I am working on honing my skills for future challenges and owning up to additional responsibilities beyond my current client to learn and experience other clients and teams. I am taking EM Certification (L2) and other leadership training programs.

– What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?
