– Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

My days are never the same. I work with multiple clients advising them on data initiatives and how to build a data culture with high levels of data literacy among their people. Most of my days are spent in meetings: with clients advising or influencing them on their direction with data to achieve success; supporting my colleagues with their personal development; client proposals or helping new members feel comfortable as a part of the Capgemini family. 

– What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The values, particularly Freedom, Fun, Trust. These enable you to get involved in many different areas and test out opportunities for personal development and client offerings within a trusted supported environment. 

– What makes you proud to work at Capgemini?

I love what I do at Capgemini, and I love the fact that I’m surrounded by people who are experts in this field. I can do things that help clients understand data better and how to create value from the data and the insights. Whether it is a data migration, a digital transformation, or a Master Data Management & Data Quality implementation, it is important to bring people along on that journey, not just focus on the technology. Data is a people sport and a people first approach creates greater success.

– How are you working towards the future you want?

Taking advice and guidance from various relevant sources and getting involved with various initiatives and projects to broaden my profile and open doors to available opportunities from being in more networks being known for my expertise and views in the data world.
