Desired

This
position is responsible for graphic design across all internal and external
materials. The designer ensures consistency and brand adherence from a design
perspective, while developing materials that are impactful and effective within
Fleet industries. This position will influence marketing/communications
performance and revenue from new clients as well through increased service
penetration and the strengthening of the Element brand. The position will work
closely with other marketing service functions such as campaigns, copywriting,
communications, and event planning. Graphic Design

Develop
graphic design for internal and external materials, includes but not limited
to: print. Collateral, presentations, web sites, emails, newsletters, signage,
event materials etc Implement
design best practices across digital media for readability, usability,
effectiveness Determine
best design approach to deliver production efficiency Brand Management Adhere
to graphic standards for all materials, ensuring brand consistency; review
materials created by outside vendors and guide consistent look / feel Collaborate
with Marketing & Communications team, Corporate Marketing and other
departments to ensure best practices and graphic standards are applied
consistently wherever the brand appears. Digital Marketing Produce
Eloqua marketing automation assets such as landing pages, emails, and forms for
campaigns, Create
interactive marketing apps Develop
dynamic video presentations Print Production Produce
production ready print files for collateral, signage etc Work
with outside vendors to produce and install graphic elements Manage
quality control of all production pieces 00. , Manage
Fleet's image purchases, image library, logo library, control and creation of
logotypes, marks. Position Requirements - Education and Experience Min.
Education required: Bachelor's Degree Min.
Experience required: 5 years • Expert level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Power point. Working knowledge of
Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word and HTML, Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Flash
preferred. Experience
in 828 marketing preferred Experience
in Automotive sector preferred Multimedia
development preferred - Knowledge and Competencies Flexible

strategic needs and media/channel
