Responsibilities:

As part of the Capgemini Technology Services Group, this
person will be responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements
gathering through implementation of data analysis solutions. This person will
work closely with our clients and must demonstrate professional knowledge to
ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure
client satisfaction. This person will also apply subject matter expertise to
identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity,
increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost
savings and efficiencies for each client.

Work Location: Lincolnshire, IL

years of Siebel experience, Experience implementing large scale/complex Siebel
7.x and 8.x projects, Excellent functional knowledge in Field Service and
Service, Experience in testing and performance tuning Siebel Applications,
Siebel Certifications [v 7.x or higher] (good to have)

Technical
/ Other Skill Set : 1 Siebel 7.*, 8.* knowledge 2 Siebel Concepts, business
processes , 3 Domain knowledge of Field Service, Service (Must Have) 4
Configuration, Scripting (eScript) 5 EAI 6 Workflows 7 EIM 8 Knowledge of ITIL
processes, Waterfall and Agile methodology
