Excellent
organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 8 to
10 years of IT experience, advanced skills in SFDC, Force.com, salesforce
lightening, Business Analysis and Project Scoping. Solid experience in Data
Modeling concept and tools. Applied
knowledge of SFDC and the Sales, Services and Marketing functions. Ability
to develop practical solutions and methodologies as related to SFDC. Understanding
business requirements and translating these into technical solutions based on
the chosen platform. Designing
and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support the
application build. Designing
and building web & mobile interfaces on the Force.com platform using
Visualforce, Apex and other available tools. Undertaking
R&D, prototyping and are expected to actively participate in the
Salesforce.com community. Strong
problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an
undocumented set up and application Demonstrated
experience of unit, integration and end to end system testing and performance
tuning of application & documenting the same. Expertise
in data modelling, data migration and both API and user interface development
principles. Providing
appropriate development specifications and supporting our Technical Consultants
and fellow Architects in delivering solutions as well as supporting the Chief
Architect

Job Description:

The
Solutions Architect should have sound knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales and
Service cloud and will be responsible for successfully creating custom
applications using Force.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.
In this
capacity the SA will be an expert in Force.com application development,
salesforce.com integration and extension, features, designing solutions, using
the Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce, applications from the AppExchange and
other tools that extend the product. SA
should provide technical guidance to the development of Salesforce.com
applications to support business and product strategies. He/She
must be able to lead a technical requirements gathering session, oversee and
approve creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used
in design, testing or programming efforts and manage integration. Solutions
Architect will look for synergies between the various SaaS product offerings in
terms of application and infrastructure and will offer guidance on best
practice and efficiencies in utilization. The
Solutions Architect will also work with Account Executives to appropriately
scope project proposals. Evaluate
all SaaS vendors operational practices, security and system architectures. Salesforce
certification (Admin, Dev, Advanced Admin, Advanced Dev, etc).
