Technical Specialist - Business Analyst

Location: Waukesha, WI

Desired skills and

Overall 9+ years of experience in
the industry with business analysis as the core skill. Atleast 5+ years’
experience doing business analysis work in eCommerce domain. Knowledge of J2EE
technology is must. Knowledge of Hybris is must. Strong techno-functional
resource with Ecommerce and digital marketing functional knowledge. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work with multiple
teams and drive successful initiative. Experience with working closely with
onsite customer is desired. Experience in managing Agile projects is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• A customer facing role which
involves customer expectation management and closely working with the business
to guide the requirements gathering process.

• Conducting customer
events/workshops & SME sessions with IGATE & the customer as a part of
the business improvement process.

• Communicating effectively with
clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

• Monitoring on the pulse of the
project for proactive escalation to senior management, review existing
engagement & escalation paths and propose additions & changes to
enhance customer experience.

• Building deep and meaningful
relationships with clients by delivering high quality work products and

addressing project risks and preventing them from turning into critical issues.
