Brief Job Outline

All BO users logins and Security checks
(Who is accessing what) verificationMonitoring all DB services & BO serverReading and responding to audit reports,
log files, etc.Testing the availability of all Universe
connections to respective DatabasesVerifying site properties/user activities/
BO module activities from Web intelligence ConsoleMonitoring day to day scheduled jobs on
Broadcast Agent (BCA)Troubleshooting if any issues with Reports
(Technical support to Users)Regular BO repository Maintenance like
Cleaning Orphaned Connection/Universe/DocumentsRunning Integrity Checks on all Universe
(including Test once) to ensure through parsing (Syntax/Sematic Checking)Installation and upgrading BO server with
new version of software (Business Objects)BO resource allocation like linking
universe / Documents to Users and User Groups (if and when required)

Required Experience:

Around 6-8 years of IT experience with 4+
years of hands on experience in SAP BO Administration.Experience on BOXI 3.1 and 4.1 EnvironmentsExperience on Installing and upgrading BO
serverExperience on monitoring BO server running
with optimal performanceExpertise in Configuring all system (Webi)
modules.Expertise in Troubleshooting Issues
