skills and responsibilities:

6+
years of experience working with Salesforce One
or more Salesforce certifications demonstrating current knowledge as a
developer Design,
develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the
Force.com platform. Communicate
with other teams and with clients regarding status, technical issues and
creative solutions. Experience
developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with
an emphasis on Sales, CustomerService, and/or Marketing issues. 4+ years
Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce
development. 3+ years Java or C# development experience, and 3+ years web
application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#,
as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Solid experience on Force.com will
include configuration, development, integration and customization of complex
environments Strong
understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration (develop
code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and
assignment rules) Fundamental
programmatic capabilities of the Force.com platform to develop custom
interfaces to extend Salesforce capabilities and develop custom business logic.
Advanced
knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel Solid
understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML,
CSS Solid
knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases and data-driven
applications Proficient in writing clean, solid, readable code In-depth
experience with jQuery and/or ExtJS a plus. Is
familiar with the development lifecycle from development to testing, and has
knowledge of the available environments. Is
familiar with the Salesforce1 mobile app capabilities and the basics of the
Lightning framework. Knows when to use the Lightning Process Builder vs. an
Apex trigger. Has
experience with object-oriented languages such as Java, C#, and Ruby. Has
experience with Model View Controller (MVC) architecture.
