Perform requirement gathering through surveys, interviews and
Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Client. Strong in Communication, Analysis, Documentation, Presentation
skills. Document detailed functional requirements exposure using tools like
JIRA, JAMA and Confluence Use Case Creation, User Manual, Technical writing exposure Coordination skills to interact with large set of people globally Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching
professional and technical staff Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system
functionality Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential
implications of changes. Assists in developing an overall change management strategy Defines and documents customer business functions and processes. Analyzes the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new
systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits
