Required skills.

5+
years of experience working in an e-commerce environment.

·        
2+
years of experience in performing Tealeaf implementation

 

Job
responsibilities:

·          
Provide
end to end tealeaf infrastructure support

·          
Proactively
find opportunities by analyzing session activities, customer feedback to
provide meaningful insights for executive reporting

·          
Generate
value by workings with clients to identify key events and segments for tealeaf
reporting

·          
Monitoring
and analyzing session data to understand customer behavior and identify site
issues that are adversely impacting conversion

·          
Creating
alerts, scorecards, reports, and dashboards to support growing business needs.

·          
Train
end users on tealeaf

·          
Experience
in Site catalyst, Dynatrace tools is a plus Strong problem solving and
analytical skills, proactive and go-getter
