Job Location: Teaneck, NJ

1. Total 10+ years of experience in IT.

2. Atleast 3+ years experience in engagement manager role.

3. Should have Medial domain experience

4. Should be able to build test strategy/approach for complex
applications

Project Management

Finalize phase wise testing scope and project stakeholder
roles and responsibilitiesDefine Test Strategy &
Prepare Project Test PlanDefine Defect Management ProcessTest Design ReviewManage Testing within approved budget and scheduleTesting Status Monitoring & Metrics ReportingPerform risk analysis and manage
mitigationPerform issue management and escalation, when necessary

Customer Management

· Work with Business
Team and Technical Architect to baseline the requirements, translate testing requirements into specific
deliverablesDefine End To End Business process view based on inputs from
BusinessCoordinate with Business, Developers, Product Vendors and IT
Support teams ensure smooth operationsEstablish effective communication plan and escalation procedures
with the clientInterface with the client POCs
for reporting progress, manage expectations and providing other
clarifications during the different phases of the software testing project life
cycleEnsure that customer complaints are identified, recorded, and
dealt with in an appropriate manner

People Management

Identify resource requirements, prepare staffing manage the work
of team resources, subcontractors, and other project personnel.Assign work within the group, defining authorities and
responsibilities of team members,Prepare transition and
rotation plan for key resourcesManage resources between offshore and onsite.Conduct periodic
performance assessment of team
members and take appropriate action to improve individual performanceEnsure that team members are trained in project specific
procedures/ technologies and team remains focused on the end result.Guide and mentor test leads when requiredManaging business and project team expectations, including
follow-up and monitoring processProvide feedback to functional managers of team members on a
continuous basis.

Others

Quality Orientation: The role holder will :

Define quality processes, report associated metrics and ensure
standards are adhered to for the entire testing life cycle of the project.Analyze defect data improve defect acceptance rate, closure, and
defect removal efficiencies.Participate in quality control, develop the project's change
control procedures, effectively utilizing standard methodologies and
procedures.
